Location: WC1H 9LT Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum plus travel Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: To manage an efficient and effective relief service in accordance with standards and statutory regulations To work on a shift basis as required by the business and cover units as and when required within an allocated region Create, own and manage personal development plan Take full accountability for the food provision in the relevant site To fully understand the CH&CO brand in terms of food and food service To strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide an excellent relief service To keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods Our Ideal Candidate: Will have B&I contract catering experience Restaurant experience Passionate about fresh food and latest food trends Comfortable to assist with sales presentations Creative and innovative thinker What's in it for you?
