As a Relevant Persons Paid Representative, you will support a diverse range of vulnerable adults, frequently with profound and multiple needs. You will leverage your experience to provide persuasive verbal and written representations, working independently and with professional discretion. You will handle sensitive information responsibly, travel regularly to visit beneficiaries, and ensure their voices are heard and their rights upheld. Hours of Work: 37 hours working between 9am - 5pm Monday Friday as required. Location: Home based with travel around the Norfolk area. (Applicants should live in the Norfolk area; have a full drivers licence and access to their own transport. ) Salary: Starting Salary 24,242.40 Per annum Contract Type: Permanent Relevant Persons Paid Representative Requirements: Proven experience working with vulnerable adults, experience within a health and social care setting would be an advantage. Understanding of Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty would be useful. Excellent communication and time management skills. Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills would be beneficial. Experience in handling highly sensitive information securely. Full drivers licence and access to your own transport and will need the appropriate business use car insurance.
