Fitter Location: Shepperton Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours Salary: 28,500 - 31,200 per annum About the Fitter Role Were looking for a skilled Fitter to join our manufacturing team. Youll be responsible for assembling mechanical machines and components using a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, teamwork, and a strong understanding of engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities of the Fitter Assemble machines and subassemblies to specification Interpret and work from engineering drawings Align and position components manually or using hoists Conduct quality checks and complete documentation Collaborate with design engineers to resolve build issues Support other departments when needed Maintain a clean and safe working environment Be available for occasional evening/weekend work What Were Looking For in a Fitter Proven experience in mechanical assembly Basic fabrication skills (drilling, grinding, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive and flexible approach to work If you are interested in the Fitter Role, APPLY NOW!!
