BettingJobs are working with a diverse payments solution provider who offer seamless transactions and worldwide acceptance is searching fora Growth Marketing Manager to join their team based remotely in the UK. Responsibilities: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, LI, and events Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Sales on the execution of ABM programs to target and engage high-value accounts in iGaming and more, including outbound coordination and lead nurturing flows Use A/B testing and data-led decision-making to continuously improve creative, messaging and conversion across landing pages, lead forms and nurture flows Work closely with sales to shape campaign targeting, refine ICPs, and support outbound with integrated campaigns Collaborate with the content lead to align storytelling with campaign strategy, ensuring every asset drives measurable impact Drive the post-event and post-download lead strategy, helping Sales convert interest into qualified conversations Work alongside the Marketing Director to shape Product and Sales GTM strategies, market segmentation, and lead handover processes Support the Sales and Account Management teams with sales enablement materials, campaign insights, and lead intelligence Coordinate with the broader marketing and design team on creative assets and design execution, adhering to brand guidelines Requirements: 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven experience in growth and demand generation roles A relevant marketing degree or equivalent Strong understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LI Campaign Manager Skilled in campaign planning, digital targeting, lead scoring, and funnel measurement Experience running ABM campaigns, nurture sequences, and multi-touch attribution models Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast-moving scale-up environment What would be great to have Experience utilizing design software, such as Canva and Adobe, and video editing tools is highly desirable iGaming market experience is beneficial TPBN1_UKTJ
