The Role Deliver practical and theory-based plant operations training Operate and train on excavators, dumpers, rollers and more Support course development and quality improvement The Person Level 3 vocational qualification in Plant Operations (or equivalent) CPCS or NPORS licences Recent hands-on experience in plant operations Level 3 teaching qualification (or willing to achieve in 12 months) Organised, safety-focused, and passionate about training others TPBN1_UKTJ
