Tilbury represents the future of sustainable construction, designed from the ground up for circularity and decarbonisation, its where materials meet purpose. Here, youll play a pivotal role in bringing Holcims low carbon cement solutions to the South East market, supporting a facility thats reshaping how building materials are made, moved and delivered across the UK. Youll develop and deliver commercial plans, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service from plant to project. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, youll partner with colleagues across Holcim to share insights, improve processes and help position Tilbury as a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the UK materials sector. Youll have the autonomy to shape your approach, supported by a company that values initiative, inclusion, and continuous learning. Success in this role means more than hitting targets, its about building lasting relationships, contributing to Holcims mission to decarbonise construction, and helping establish Tilbury as a cornerstone of that journey. Who you are Youre a relationship focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with customers and creating value through collaboration and insight. You bring strong commercial awareness and an ability to match technical solutions to client needs, helping them achieve both performance and sustainability goals. Youre confident managing priorities in a fast evolving environment and thrive on teamwork, curiosity, and shared success.
