Youll be joining a business that puts people first with no shareholders, our customers and employees are at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating in diverse and highly regulated markets, this role will be responsible for delivering a wide array of learning interventions, that offer individuals access to learning & growth opportunities pertinent to their present roles and future career prospects for a dedicated subset of BUs in I&FPartner with senior stakeholders and People Partners to understand business needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions to enable Education, Experience and Exposure for our employeesManage and coach a team of up to 10 direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and collaborationOversee multiple large-scale projects and ensure alignment with Bupas strategic goalsUse data and insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and continuously improve outcomesChampion inclusive learning practices that support diverse teams and individualsWhat Were Looking ForProven success and extensive experience of leading & managing large teams and delivering transformational 'strategic L&D programmes across a range of geographies10+ years of senior level experience in learning and development, ideally across varied sectors including financial services and insurance working in a complex matrixed environment.Expert Knowledge of the end-to-end learning cycle and adult learning theoriesAbility to design and facilitate learning programs that enable experience, exposure and formal learningStrong project management skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidenceStrong presentation, facilitation skills and experienceConfidence in writing plans and proposals for senior stakeholders and business planning purposesKnowledge & experience of managing and maintaining LMS solutions & online learning environments and best practiceExperience of managing external vendorsA highly collaborative, empathetic approach with a passion for helping others growBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
