FLT Warehouse Operative Days (Temp to Perm) Ashby / Swadlincote | 12.54hr | Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity The Role We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) to join a growing logistics and distribution team based between Ashby and Swadlincote . This is a day shift role , working Monday to Friday (8am4pm) , with excellent long-term prospects for permanent employment. Youll work across the warehouse assisting with: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and load goods safely. General warehouse operations including stock control, order preparation, and dispatch. Using basic PC systems to log deliveries, update records, and send/receive emails. Speaking with clients and colleagues , providing excellent communication and service. Occasionally driving the company van between local sites (Ashby ? Swadlincote) to transfer stock.
