Youll be working on a diverse and exciting range of projects across commercial, retail, healthcare, shell & core, refurbishment, and design & build sectors , offering both variety and challenge. About the Role As a Senior Cost Manager , youll be responsible for: Delivering all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying services , from feasibility through to final account. Leading projects independently while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Note: We will also consider Quantity Surveyors from a contractor background who have relevant client-side experience and are looking to transition into consultancy.
