As a Warehouse Operative on the day shift, youll be a vital part of a busy logistics team, helping to keep goods moving smoothly from arrival to despatch. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork are essential. Job Responsibilities Receive, unload, and store incoming stock and materials Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch Carry out stock checks and maintain warehouse accuracy Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided) Keep the warehouse environment clean, tidy, and safe Work closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines Support all warehouse functions including goods-in, picking, packing, and despatch Skills and Experience Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work accurately while meeting targets Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting and moving stock Reliable, punctual, and committed to shift patterns TPBN1_UKTJ
