Our vision is to change and save as many lives as possible. Role Brief We are seeking an experienced, senior account manager for a key strategic medical‑insurance partnership in the UK. The role focuses on revenue growth through new business sales and retention of existing clients, aligning Spectrum.Life’s capabilities with each insurer’s strategic roadmap. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for key insurance relationships. Grow the partnership by building a deep understanding of insurers and driving extensive product adoption. Model customer management with reliable, impeccable service delivery. Lead process optimisation to streamline the customer journey, boosting retention and growth. Deliver data‑rich reporting that informs clients and demonstrates value. Establish trusted relationships with decision‑makers and act as the primary point of contact. Gather partner feedback for continuous product improvement. Maintain expertise on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, product, technology) to optimise service delivery and develop new approaches. Develop materials such as presentations and onboarding plans to improve client relationships. Champion best practices around analysis and insights across Spectrum.Life and to clients. Requirements 5+ years of account management at a SaaS company or similar, working with large clients. Proven experience managing large strategic clients within the healthcare sector. Excellent communicator across formats (in‑person, phone, email, web presentations). Strategic thinker who can respond quickly while keeping a big picture focus. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Data‑driven, using frameworks and analytical tools to structure thinking and align stakeholders. Insightful, actionable problem‑solver for complex and ambiguous challenges. Passionate about consumers, technology that serves them, and health & wellbeing. Strong focus on user needs and curiosity about the products that support them.
