Office Administrator Location: Dover Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Vacancy Type: Full time, permanent Active Transport are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. The Role To support the operatives day to day with the following duties: Inputting jobs on to system Processing purchase invoices, checking rates, currencies, chasing up suppliers etc Raising sales invoices and sending to customers Collating delivery paperwork, scanning on to system, filing Tying up driver paperwork, mileages, defects, deliveries etc Keeping the operatives efficient and up to date with continued support of their admin. Maintaining records accurately General office duties, answering the phone, reception as required.
