As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of a vibrant retail experienceguiding customers through their jewellery journey with expert styling advice, precision piercings, and our exclusive permanent jewellery service. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalised servicebuilding strong relationships and helping customers find jewellery that reflects their unique style. Perform piercings and permanent jewellery services (full accredited training provided). Drive sales through product expertise, upselling, and customer connection. Manage appointments, consultations, and aftercare with professionalism. Maintain beautiful, compliant store displays while supporting a collaborative team culture. About You You're customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-driven retail environment. You have a genuine passion for jewellery and styling, with an eye for detail and emerging trends. You're sales-driven, confident in meeting and exceeding targets, and eager to learn.
