Job DescriptionCK Group is recruiting for a Field Experience Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 12 months.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.This is a part-time position, working 25-30 hours a week.Salary:19.98-26.64 per hour PAYEField Experience Manager Role:Responsible for operationalizing and executing the vision of the sales force effectiveness areamanaging internal & external stakeholders effectively at multiple levelsDevelop an exceptional onboarding, & ongoing training experience for all sales force employeesOwn & manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding (cross-functional and Hub wide), ensuring a positive first experience for new employeesServe as content owner for all onboarding material, ensuring they stay up to date and compliantYour Background:Experience in managing the employee onboarding processStrong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, & adaptability skillsProactive, highly organized, agile, collaborative, & results-drivenExperience of the pharmaceutical sales process and industry is highly desirable.Company:Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
