Youll play a key role in designing engaging sessions, supporting learners progression, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.This position offers excellent autonomy, allowing you to help develop and grow a new area of the business while having a meaningful impact on learners futures.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, hands-on plumbing training and assessment to learners across Levels 13, ensuring sessions are engaging, practical, and aligned with curriculum standards and industry expectations. Plan, prepare, and deliver teaching sessions that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, supporting both classroom-based and workshop learning. Provide individual coaching, mentoring, and learner support throughout their journey, identifying areas for development and helping each apprentice reach their full potential. Develop and assess learners knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with apprenticeship standards and Skills Bootcamp requirements, ensuring all evidence is accurately recorded and mapped. Maintain accurate learner records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with awarding body, Ofsted, and Skills for England standards at all times. Guide learners to successful completion of their qualifications, providing constructive feedback Contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery, participating in standardisation meetings, curriculum reviews, and sharing best practice with colleagues. Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring health and safety standards are consistently maintained across all practical activities.________________________________________About YouWere keen to speak with experienced plumbers who are passionate about teaching, learning, and mentoring.
