Minimum of 3-year residential conveyancing experience required. We are currently recruiting for this position in our Cheltenham office. We do not offer hybrid working. About you: Applications are welcome from experienced Conveyancing Executives or Newly Qualified Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers or Solicitors. You will be committed to providing a high level of client care. You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual. A positive can do attitude is key to our culture and business model. You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. Essential Requirements: You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload. Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership. A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
