Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a small team within a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant with rooms. As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead from the front ensuring impeccable service is always delivered. The Person The successful Restaurant Manager will have the following: Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager Michelin experience or rosette desired Must be able to drive as very rural location WSET level 1&2 preferable Flexible to work shifts as required.
