Their first London flagship is set to launch this autumn in the heart of the West End, and we are now seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the opening team. The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that will suit someone passionate about South East Asian cuisine, confident in high-volume service, and keen to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing restaurant culture. Key Responsibilities Support and deputise for the Head Chef during service and prep. Oversee a busy kitchen operation, serving 300400 covers daily. Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards. Uphold consistency, quality, and speed in all dishes. Contribute to the development of menus and the evolution of the concept. Requirements Strong background in South East Asian cuisine Thai experience highly advantageous. Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, fast-paced services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ambition to grow with an expanding international restaurant group.
