Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a creative,energetic and dynamic Sous Chef to work with in a busy client site in Central London, who is committed to producing dishes without compromise. About the Role 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm with flexibility for events Support the Head Chef with menu planning, development, and daily operations. Take an active role in leading and motivating the kitchen team , maintaining a positive and collaborative culture. Ensure smooth service delivery and uphold exceptional culinary standards at all times. Assist in achieving financial targets through effective stock management, portion control, and minimising wastage . Contribute to our commitment to sustainability, community support, and CSR initiatives .
