We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade. We're Looking For a Senior Sous Chef Who: Has a strong background in 2 Rosette-level kitchens and a solid, stable work history. Is passionate about British gastro-pub cuisine, presented with finesse. Can confidently lead and support a large team through busy, high-volume services. Is committed to maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene. Can act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef and take the lead when needed. Enjoys collaborating with the front-of-house team for smooth, consistent service.
