The Perks Of The Role As Sous Chef you will receive: Salary of 40,000-44,000 inc. service charge. Independent establishment . Consistent schedule evenings Tuesday to Saturday Free meals on shift . The Ideal Candidate Were looking for a Sous Chef whos has the following skills and experience: A proven background a Sous Chef within a quality-led Italian or Mediterranean kitchen. Must have fresh, authentic Italian experience. Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail . Become the Head Chefs go to and lead the kitchen in their absence. Seasonal ingredient knowledge particularly Italian produce. Experience in creating specials. A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction.
