Painter & Decorator Coventry 19.50 per hour Temp (6months) About the role Immediate start We are currently seeking a Painter and Decorator to complete both planned and reactive maintenance works in a Social Housing setting. You must be experienced in all aspects of painting and decorating and have worked in varied environments. Working on social housing properties, covering all aspects of painting and decorating and making good. Duties include: Painting and decorating from minor works to full room refurbishments and attention to detail to ensure finishing is to a high standard. Repair and make good damaged, flaking, water stained and mouldy ceilings/walls where damp has come through. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm (Full time) Before applying, please ensure you fulfil the following criteria: Minimum of 3 years' experience of painting and decorating Attention to detail Phone literate and can use a job sheet system to communicate job status and completion/ PDA Clean UK Driver's License City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 qualification in Painting and decorating (Desired, not essential) Social housing experience ASAP interview and start Please note that this role may require a DBS Check.
