Transport Operations Manager| Nottinghamshire | Up to 38,000 per annum I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, CPC qualified Transport Operations Manager with a passion for logistics and planning to join a high-performing, fast-moving logistics company in the Nottinghamshire area. Job Type: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum The role will involve: Overseeing day-to-day transport operations for a large fleet of HGVs and rigid trucks Planning and coordinating UK & European routes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness Monitoring and managing driver hours, tachograph infringements and working time directive (WTD) compliance Liaising with clients and drivers to ensure smooth delivery schedules Maintaining vehicle and driver records, ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standard Driving continuous improvement across transport operations. Requirements Proven experience in transport management Transport Management CPC Strong understanding of Driver hours, tacho infringements, WTD Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills Confident managing a busy fleet and leading a team of drivers Interested?
