Maintenance Plumber - Commercial building - Royston - Temp to perm - up to 25p/hMy client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building In Royston.The successful candidates will have either C&G / NVQ 2 or 3 in Plumbing. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of 25p/h.Hours of work & Salary25p/h ( paid via umbrella / CIS )Monday - Friday8:00am - 17:00pm Mechanical duties:Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Motors PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)Water treatment dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosingWater pressurization unitsChlorifiers annual inspection, descalingSteam PlantCondensers, Condenser ReturnsCooling towersSoftenersHumidifiersHydraulicsPneumaticsBoilers re-setsChillers re-sets, 1st Line faultsRequirementsExperience working in a large commercial building, willing to learnIPAF requiredMechanical / Plumbing qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G )You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageousGood communication skillsExcellent customer skillsAvailability for a teams call prior to starting If you are interested please email your CV toJBRP1_UKTJ
