You will be the main point of contact for families and Local Authorities, chair weekly multi-disciplinary Team meetings ensuring students are making progress towards their EHCP outcomes and support students to make informed decisions regarding their future pathways.This role will require, decision making, managing difficult conversations and with the ability to positively influence others; empowering them to take ownership of their decisions, while aligning to the values and ethos of Treloars.
