Fixed term 1 year contract starting January 2026 42 hours per week, Term time + 1 week 34,534 per annum Treloars is a charity which runs one of the UKs largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn. Through our school and college, we offer students the opportunity to fully take part in life and achieve their aspirationsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Student Progress Coordinator to support our outstanding student support team. You will be the main point of contact for families and Local Authorities, chair weekly multi-disciplinary Team meetings ensuring students are making progress towards their EHCP outcomes and support students to make informed decisions regarding their future pathways.This role will require, decision making, managing difficult conversations and with the ability to positively influence others; empowering them to take ownership of their decisions, while aligning to the values and ethos of Treloars.
