Senior Groundworker Location: Salisbury Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Van and Fuel card Monday to Friday (Weekend work when required) Over time paid at 1.5 x | Sunday work paid at double time What Youll Do Carry out site works following safety protocols, including the Construction Phase Plan and company Health & Safety Policy. Assist the Senior Technician/General Builder or Engineer with a range of on-site tasks. Support company processes in line with ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety standards. Take part in insurance call-out work when required. Perform additional duties as directed by management. What Were Looking For Previous experience in a multi-skilled construction or groundwork role (e.g. hand digging, laying drainage, reinstatement, concreting). An adventurous attitude with willingness to gain additional tickets such as digger, dumper, or plant operation. CSCS Card essential for site access. Full UK driving licence essential Willingness to travel and stay away during the week when required. Must have the right to work in the UK. Ability to pass a DBS check and Drugs & Alcohol test.
