Project Manager Retail Fit-Out (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S) Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per year Location: Reading (UK-Wide Travel ~30% Onsite) Type: Permanent We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading retail fit-out contractor, delivering refurbishment and rollout projects across Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S, and other blue-chip retailers. This role is mainly office-based , focusing on project coordination, contracts, and commercial management , with site visits approximately 30% of the time . Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple retail fit-out projects from a commercial and operational perspective Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and project teams Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and programmes Maintain strong client relationships and project reporting Attend sites as required (~30% of the time) Requirements: Experience managing retail fit-out projects , ideally Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S Strong commercial awareness, planning, and organisational skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Willingness to travel for site visits (~30%) Relevant qualifications desirable (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) Package & Benefits: 45,000 - 55,000 per annum plus car Travel and accommodation covered for site visits Long-term opportunity with career progression Flexible working with a blend of office-based coordination and site presence Please contact the Recruitment Team for a more detailed conversation regarding this opportunity.
