The role Were looking for a People Change Partner to join our team and lead strategic business change programmes, including people projects, restructures, and TUPE processes. ? Reporting to the Head of People Change, youll play a key role in delivering initiatives that align with Southern Housings vision and values. ? Leading people projects, ensuring alignment with business aims, risk, budget, legal compliance, and timeframes. ? Managing TUPE processes and restructures, ensuring compliance with policy, legislation, and timelines. ? Partnering with the People team and stakeholders to deliver a value-added people service. ? Providing expert advice on workforce and succession planning, recruitment, and talent programmes with a focus on inclusion and diversity. ? Collaborating with the wider People team to ensure accurate colleague data and effective pay, reward, and benchmarking decisions. ? Working with Unison and Colleague Forum representatives to ensure smooth communication and processes. ? Promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, and alignment with our HEART values. ? Supporting employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and legally compliant approach. ? What Youll Need: ? Proven experience leading people projects, including restructures and TUPE processes. ? Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. ? Experience working with senior leaders, stakeholders, and trade unions or colleague forums. A track record of delivering business change and creating positive, value-added outcomes. ? CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience). ?
