Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs. Perform barbering services with precision and skill. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations. Mentor junior stylists, providing guidance on techniques and customer service best practices. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client experience. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business. Experience Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience in front desk operations within a salon environment is beneficial. Strong mentoring abilities to support the development of junior team members. Exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding with clients and team members alike.
