CRM Executive Up to 35,000 Hybrid - Liverpool (1-2 days per week) Were looking for a CRM Executive to join a small, collaborative marketing team, supporting our digital growth and customer engagement initiatives within the gambling sector. Reporting to the CRM Manager and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, youll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push, print, and on-site messaging. About the Role: This newly created, hands-on role reports directly to the CRM Manager and works closely with the wider marketing team. Youll manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, contributing ideas and optimising performance in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, print, and on-site messaging Build and send email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors Support lifecycle and retention campaign planning and delivery Collaborate with the CRM Manager to optimise campaign performance Contribute to improving personalisation, segmentation, and automation Skills & Experience: 12 years experience in CRM campaign management Proficiency with email campaign builders and CRM tools Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels including SMS, push, and on-site messaging Strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery Apply below or send your profile to [email protected] to register your interest.
