User Researcher – GOV / GDS Remote Inside IR35 Contract Contract User Researcher required to help us deliver on one of our Government projects.What you'll do:Conduct a range of research activities (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys) in line with GDS standards.Work closely with designers, developers and policy teams to turn research insights into actionable improvements.Champion user needs and accessibility across the product lifecycle.What we’re looking for:Proven experience in user research, preferably in an agile, digital service environment.Familiarity with the GOV.UK Service Standard and working within GDS frameworks.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
