We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Reorganisation practice within their Belfast office.The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic corporate team, working on a diverse range of corporate services, including reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactional matters. The candidate’s role will also see them acting as a regional coordinator, drafting corporate documentation, and working in collaboration with other departments within project teams.The candidate will work across a range of high-value multijurisdictional projects, providing high-quality service to support the firm’s global client base.
