CRM ExecutiveUp to £35,000Hybrid - Liverpool (1-2 days per week)We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join a small, collaborative marketing team, supporting our digital growth and customer engagement initiatives within the gambling sector. Reporting to the CRM Manager and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push, print, and on-site messaging.About the Role:This newly created, hands-on role reports directly to the CRM Manager and works closely with the wider marketing team. You’ll manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, contributing ideas and optimising performance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, print, and on-site messagingBuild and send email campaigns using drag-and-drop editorsSupport lifecycle and retention campaign planning and deliveryCollaborate with the CRM Manager to optimise campaign performanceContribute to improving personalisation, segmentation, and automationSkills & Experience:1–2 years’ experience in CRM campaign managementProficiency with email campaign builders and CRM toolsComfortable working across multiple marketing channels including SMS, push, and on-site messagingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end campaign deliveryApply below or send your profile to riversteytler@ to register your interest.
