Nottinghamshire County Council''s Statutory SEND Service is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to join our expanding and ambitious service.Established in response to the SEND Reforms of 2014, our Statutory SEND Service brings together a range of statutory and regulated education and social care services to deliver a coordinated, child and young person-centred approach. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within a service responsible for progressing Education Health Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) and maintaining all Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with SEND.What We''re Looking ForWe are seeking a collaborative and resilient leader who thrives in a complex, multi-agency environment and is committed to continuous improvement.
