Location: Cambridge (Elem Cambridge, Cherry Hinton Road) Salary: Competitive Salary of 35 000 basic salary + Performance Bonuses, OTE 55k + Hours: Full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week)This role is full time and will be 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our team, drive business growth, and maintain our high standards of excellence. The Role: As Salon Manager and Hairdresser , you will be an experienced hairdresser and carry out hairdressing services to a high level, but also be responsible for ensuring an outstanding client experience, leading and inspiring a team of around 12 and achieving and exceeding financial targets to grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a luxury, customer-focused salon experience Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team Drive sales, manage budgets, and increase profitability Oversee marketing, promotions, and salon growth strategies Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and efficiency Carry out hairdressing services to a high level What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a manager At least 3 years experience of running your own column as a hair stylist Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to drive sales and manage financial performance Most importantly, we are looking for someone with strong business acumen, a natural leader and a passion for customer service Why Join Us?
