Contract Manager Team Leader Macclesfield Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Salary: 57,000 per annum Were a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Were ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager Team Leader to lead a team of Contract Managers and Customer Liaison Officer to ensure the effective management, delivery, compliance and performance of our asset investment programmes. A state of the art modern office with a friendly working environment In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that contracts meet legal, regulatory and quality standards while delivering value for money and high levels of tenant satisfaction. You will provide strategic oversight, drive continuous improvements and foster collaborative relationships with contractors, stakeholders and internal departments to support the Trusts commitment to providing safe, well maintained and sustainable housing. To succeed, youll hold a relevant professional qualification e.g. CIH Level 4 or above, RICS or equivalent, with proven experience in managing social housing contracts. Youll also have experience of monitoring contractor operational performance against programme, using forecasting, KPIs and SLAs. In addition you will have the leadership skills necessary to lead, motivate and enthuse others to achieve, sustain and exceed performance. Experience of budget management and financial control experience in relation to contract delivery is also essential.
