The Strategic Estates team is central to this workdriving innovation, compliance, and value for money across the hospital estate. Join Our Team: Were looking for a skilled and proactive Capital Project Manager to support the delivery of capital schemes from inception to completion. This is a hands-on, permanent role ideal for someone who thrives on detail, collaboration, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead smaller capital projects and support major schemes within the Strategic Estates team - Supervise construction stages and fulfil NEC3 Works Supervisor duties - Ensure compliance with procurement, health and safety, and building regulations - Manage contractor performance and site supervision - Develop project documentation including feasibility studies, specifications, and business cases - Provide regular milestone reporting and post-project evaluation Ideal Candidate: - Degree and post-graduate qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience - Project Management qualification and experience in NHS capital works (preferred) - Strong technical knowledge of HTM, HBN, and statutory building regulations - Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities Recruitment Timetable: Closing date for applications: Friday 24th October 2025 12 noon Contact Us: For more information and a detailed job description, please contact John Lavictoire, Director at Seymour John Public Services.
