Youll play a vital role in supporting both new and legacy products, taking them from design through to full-scale production.In this role, youll collaborate closely with Engineering and Factory teams to support a variety of tasks, including:Building and testing prototypes, including modificationsDesigning and maintaining custom manufacturing tools and solutionsSupporting and maintaining the factory database and production softwareCreating firmware image packages for both production and sample unitsOverseeing daily manufacturing processes and ensuring product certificationAs an NPI Engineer, youll be central to the development and industrialisation of a wide range of electronic products. Youll be responsible for supporting the entire NPI (New Product Introduction) process, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to mass production.Key skills and experience were looking for include:Strong database knowledge ideally Microsoft SQL ServerProgramming experience in C#, Embedded C or JavaExperience or understanding of firmware developmentA strong grasp of the full product lifecycleExposure to high-volume production environmentsLabVIEW experience (desirable, not essential)This is a great opportunity to work with a company dedicated to engineering excellence and continuous product improvement.
