The Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our modular ramp systems, ensuring a safe and effective solution for users. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties and Responsibilities: Install modular access ramps efficiently and safely at customer locations following company standards and specifications. Assemble and secure ramp components using hand and power tools. Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety and building regulations. Provide basic training and demonstrations to customers on proper ramp usage. Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on installed ramps as needed. Work closely with the Installation Supervisor, Project Managers, and other team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including photographs and customer sign-offs. Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies. Operate company vehicles to transport ramps and installation materials to various sites. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a hands-on installation, construction, or assembly role (preferred but not essential). Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to site conditions. Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation instructions. Full UK driving licence (or equivalent) required. CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous. Health and safety awareness, including manual handling and risk assessments. P erson Specification: Capable of manual labour, including lifting and carrying equipment.
