Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with experience in dispute resolution to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE and have the ability to work independently but will be given guidance from a senior solicitor. Duties Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients across various areas of law. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress. Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients'' interests. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Skills Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients'' interests. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear articulation of legal concepts. Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail for thorough case evaluation. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficient in legal research tools and software applications relevant to the practice of law. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
