CNC Miller Setter/Operator We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can produce high-quality components efficiently, while adhering to strict quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Produce precision components to exacting standards from engineering drawings. Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 Axis). Work to tight tolerances and carry out self-inspection using a wide range of measuring equipment. Maintain high levels of quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. Undertake routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and associated equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Support organisational objectives within the SQCDP framework: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People. Skills & Experience Required: Fully skilled, time-served CNC Setter/Operator (certification required). Strong background in CNC milling, with experience on 3 & 5 Axis machines. Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment. Computer literate with excellent practical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent hand-to-eye coordination with normal colour vision.
