Third in Charge / Senior Room Supervisor ?? Farnham | ?? 29,000 per annum KiddyKare is working with a well-established nursery seeking a Third in Charge to join their team. Key Responsibilities Lead a room team, managing your own key group of children. Ensure a safe, stimulating and high-quality environment. Support the Nursery/Deputy Manager and step in during their absence. Mentor and develop colleagues through inductions, supervisions and appraisals. Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed of childrens progress. Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted requirements. Candidate Requirements Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 6 desirable). Strong experience leading a nursery room environment. Confident in supporting and developing colleagues.
