We are currently recruiting for Production Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing team,reporting directly to the Factory Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership skills and a background in production to take ownership of key departments and drive performance. In this role you'll oversee the DI/Cam team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective staff management and adherence to manufacturing protocols. You will also step up to oversee production performance in the Factory Managers absence. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Production team, promoting accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. Manage daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets and resolve bottlenecks Ensure quality standards and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all staff are trained in safe and efficient machinery use Maintain accurate records of production metrics and staff performance. Key Skills and Experience Proven supervisory/leadership experience Strong planning and organisational skills Experience working in manufacturing environments Location Chandlers Ford Salary 30,000 + (Approx: 14.42p/h) Hours Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Contract Type 3 months Temp - Perm TPBN1_UKTJ
