Neighbourhood Officer Manchester 23 26 per hour (umbrella) Full-time, 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday Hybrid working 3 days on patch 3 month contract initially We are seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join a busy housing team in Manchester. This is a hybrid role requiring a proactive individual to manage a patch of properties, providing a high-quality tenancy and estate management service. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated patch of properties, acting as first point of contact for tenants Deal with low-level anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and estate issues Support tenants to sustain their tenancies, with a strong focus on income management and arrears recovery Undertake tenancy visits, inspections, and enforcement action where required Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and residents to improve neighbourhoods Provide an excellent level of customer service, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld Requirements Previous experience in tenancy management and housing services, ideally with income recovery experience Good knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management, and ASB processes A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Basic DBS (ideally in place or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a varied workload across a patch of properties Offer 23 26 umbrella per hour (dependent on experience) 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Hybrid working model 3 days per week on patch, remainder from home If you are interested, please apply to this advert or call Simon Cain or Daniel Judge on 07441 91645055b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
