About the Role: Work on a varied workload encompassing both development and investment transactions. Act for a range of clients, with a significant focus on developers. Opportunities to work on high-profile projects, from site assembly and development constraint analysis to rights of light, funding arrangements, pre-lets, planning conditionality, and overage. The Candidate: Experienced in commercial real estate, with a strong interest in development projects. Proactive, commercially astute, and capable of managing and supervising junior team members.
