Support senior transport teams. Provide administrative support to senior transport teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date. Managing the in-house system and databases (CTrack, Ortec, AAIR) Escalation process to internal management General office duties include telephone enquiries from customers and employees. Ensure regular monitoring is carried out to ensure compliance to legislative and company requirements. Qualifications / Competency: Previous experience in an office environment is essential. Previous experience within the transport, waste, or logistics industry desired Must have the ability to take on responsibility for your own workload.
