Job Summary Blackwell Earthmoving are looking for an experienced Plant Trainer/Assessor to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, based primarily on a project in Leiston, to oversee and deliver training and assessment on multiple plant categories to trainee and experienced operators The right candidate will possess: A1 assessor qualification or equivalent (D32/33, Cava L3 Etc) Multiple plant categories held. (with CSCS logo cards) Hold tester/trainer plant cards with affiliation to an awarding body Full UK driving License Able to give instructions in a clear manner and with authority Have a positive attitude towards safety. Able to communicate well at all levels. Have a flexible approach to work. Be a strong team player. Have excellent timekeeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary Desirable. CSCS gold card, SSSTS, First Aid at Work Salary and package Salary based on experience, 50 - 55k Site vehicle is provided for daily use on site.
