The Role Supporting the delivery of several regional highways frameworks and projects with values ranging up to 15m. Projects range from public realm and RTS frameworks to larger one off highway projects. You will be working in a fast-paced multi-project environment, delivering change management activities across all live projects. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial activities across a portfolio of regional highways schemes. Manage client application and change controls. Manage end to end subcontract packages. Produce monthly CVRs, presenting to senior internal stakeholders for review. Manage compensation events and change across live NEC3/4 contracts.. Support operational team with managing payment applications, ensuring the correct rates and work order numbers are used. Produce and present risk management reports. What We're Looking For Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for a consultancy, client organisation, main contractor, or subcontractor. Any highways experience is desirable, however not essential. Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, including the delivery of change management activities such as early warning notices and compensation events.
