TSR Legal , is currently working with an established firm with offices based in Porthcawl who are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor on apermanent, full basis. The successful applicant will have 3 plus years PQE within conveyancing, managing your own caseload. You will be able to manage a full caseload of both freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, transfers of equity and new build property purchases as well as some re-mortgages. There is already a full caseload there to manage. This firm have built long-term relationships with estate agents, developers, IFA's etc. and encourage an open and honest culture with high end quality work, with no aggressive billing targets andplenty ofongoing work.
