Senior Quantity Surveyor Oxford Leading built asset consultant with a blue-chip international Client base are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Oxford. You will be an integral part of their cost management team and will be involved with delivering projects that could range in cost from 1m to over 1 billion across a wide range of sectors. You will be responsible for delivering cost management services on several projects each at various stages of the construction life cycle from business case through design stages, procurement and into construction. Ultimately, you be responsible for running your projects and providing reliable, accurate and relevant cost management advice to their clients as well as managing a team of cost managers and providing day-to-day guidance and support. Ideally you will be MRICS with a track record in a consultancy environment across some of the commercial office, residential, education, motorsport, regeneration, life science sectors. TPBN1_UKTJ
